By accessing and using the Prytrivora platform (prytrivora.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. The platform is intended for persons over 18 years of age residing in the Republic of Croatia or the European Union.

Prytrivora d.o.o. provides a digital platform for real estate crowdfunding that allows users to collectively invest in construction projects in Croatia. The platform operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers and is supervised by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). The platform serves as an intermediary between project owners and investors, enabling a transparent and regulated collective investment process.

Platform users agree to: - Provide accurate and complete personal data during registration - Not use the platform for illegal purposes or in a manner that violates these terms - Maintain the confidentiality of their access data - Notify us of any unauthorized access to their account - Respect the intellectual property rights of Prytrivora and third parties - Not use automated systems to access the platform without our explicit approval

Investing in real estate through crowdfunding carries inherent risks. Prytrivora does not guarantee the return of invested funds or the achievement of profit. Each user is responsible for their own investment decisions. We recommend consulting with a financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past results do not guarantee future returns. Risks include, but are not limited to: market risks, liquidity risks, project-related risks, regulatory risks, and interest rate change risks.

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Prytrivora d.o.o. or its licensors. Copying, distribution, reproduction, or any use of content without explicit written consent is prohibited.

Prytrivora d.o.o. is not liable for: - Losses arising from users' investment decisions - Interruptions in platform operation caused by technical difficulties or force majeure - Actions of third parties that are beyond our control - Inaccurate information provided by users or project partners The total liability of Prytrivora to the user is limited to the amount of fees the user has paid for using the platform in the last 12 months.

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies to these Terms of Use. All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be attempted to be resolved amicably. In case of impossibility of amicable resolution, the Commercial Court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.

Prytrivora d.o.o. reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of violation of these Terms of Use, attempted fraud, or at the request of regulatory bodies. The user may at any time request deactivation of their account by contacting our customer service.

Prytrivora d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be notified of all significant changes via the platform or email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the platform after the new terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted them.
